Paola Klee

Paola Klee founded YC-Your Career Future after a solid 25-year career in executive roles at national and multinational companies across Brazil, Latin America, the United States, and Europe. She led M&A and Cultural Transformation projects, repositioning HR as a strategic enabler of business growth and talent development. Paola has also worked as a consultant and project leader in Executive Search, Assessment, Coaching, and Leadership and HR Development at renowned firms such as Roland Berger, Kienbaum, De Bernt, We People, and Falconi. Today, as the head of YC, she brings her extensive know-how to connect talents, evolve cultures, and accelerate business growth.
A psychologist with a specialization in Business Administration from the University of Toronto, she is certified in Coaching by the ICC-International Coaching Community and in assessment tools like Hogan, PDA, and TMP. She is also an Agile Coach and a specialist in Human-Centric Design, Scrum, and Kanban.
Driven by her mission to elevate the strategic positioning of HR professionals, she is a Co-founder of the Transform Chapter in
Brazil and Editorial Board Member at Melhor RH Magazine. She is also a speaker and author on topics such as Culture, The Future of Work, Communication, Career, ESG, and Diversity. Paola serves as an Advisory Board Member for companies, leads People Management and Diversity Committees, and acts as a Mentor and Lecturer in areas including Agile Leadership, Learning Agility, Strategic Planning, OKRs, Business Partner Development, and Agile HR.
Paola sees her greatest legacy as the sustainable growth of organizations through building Succession Plans filled with exceptional talent — people she has connected, selected, and supported in their development and career progression.
With a strategic vision and a commitment to strengthening bonds and shaping futures, she continues to lead YC, connecting talent, evolving cultures, and driving People and Organizations to their full potential.
